Originally from the UK, Sarah is a personal trainer, professional dancer, and model currently living in Los Angeles. She leads classes at boutique fitness studios in LA and guest teaches at large fitness events for well-known health and wellness brands. She aims to make every workout fun and upbeat in order to get everyone up and moving. Her passion is to motivate, energize, and get the best results for her students.

About Jacqui Justice
Jacqui Justice holds an MS and CNS in clinical nutrition, as well as a certification in functional nutrition. She has been in private practice since 1996 with offices in the NYC area. Jacqui co-hosts a weekly radio talk show, has been featured in various publications, and makes guest appearances on many local and national radio and television talk shows. Jacqui specializes in weight-loss resistance and believes that success is dependent on adopting the proper mindset: "Our minds and bodies are intimately connected; you cannot make your body achieve what your mind does not believe."
